YNHHS Password Self-Service Center
Welcome to the newly updated YNHHS Password Self-Service Center.

You will be able to answer the “authentication questions” that were previously registered in password self-service. In addition, you will now be able to authenticate using your mobile device via
"Send verification code to my phone" feature.

Please Note: The "Send verification code to my phone” feature can only be used by YNHHS employees with a registered cell phone number in ESS.
Your "Network Password" is the key to many things: logging onto a computer (business users only), accessing your YNHHS email (Outlook), accessing specific applications (like Epic, Kronos, ESS), and much more. 

Your password helps to prove your identity and ensures your privacy. 

If you have forgotten your password, or your password has expired, or is about to expire, you can reset it here.

* You must first register to use the self-service password reset feature.

You will need to reset your password if you have forgotten it or it has expired.

You must register your challenge questions and responses before you can use the self-service center to reset your password. Setting your challenge questions and responses only takes a few minutes. ​

Please note: Once registration is complete, it can take up to 24 hours before you can reset your password using the self-service center.

YNHHS Staff, Students and all other users:

Passwords are set to expire every 60 days.
