You will be able to answer the “authentication questions” that were previously registered in password self-service. In addition, you will now be able to authenticate using your mobile device via
"Send verification code to my phone" feature.
Please Note: The "Send verification code to my phone” feature can only be used by YNHHS employees with a registered cell phone number in ESS.
Your "Network Password" is the key to many things: logging onto a computer (business users only), accessing your YNHHS email (Outlook), accessing specific applications (like Epic, Kronos, ESS), and much more.
Your password helps to prove your identity and ensures your privacy.
